Just as described, the product is a sheer translucent shadow. It's not super pigmented. It gives a little sheen and color to the eye when blended out. I use it as a shadow base over my eye primer before I apply my eye shadows. It helps make my purple eye shadow pop and easier to apply my shadow. It does crease a bit even with a primer. I tend to reach for this a lot when I do purple looks. 

TIPS: Create a fast 5 minute eye look by applying the product to your finger and blending it onto your eyes. Then just line with some eye liner and curl your lashes. Your'e good to go. Use the lighter colors it helps open your eyes up.
