JOSIE MARAN Whipped Argan Oil Ultra-Hydrating Body Butter vs Giovanni 2chic Body Lotion

I recently discovered a dupe for Josie Maran's Sweet Citrus scented body butter. The two products are not quite the same. The Josie Maran is more like a lightweight body butter while the Giovanni one is a body lotion. Giovanni has a thinner consistency. In my opinion, the two lotions have a very similar smell. For that reason, I recommend this as a dupe for the Sweet Citrus scent. In my previous review, I mentioned that the Acure argan oil has a citrus scent to it and both the products have that similar smell. In terms of moisturization, they are not too greasy considering that they are both made out of argan oil and shea butter. Each product consist of different types of oils. The Josie Maran one uses more natural fruit extracts to create the citrus scent while Giovanni uses natural fragrances. Both products DO NOT contain parabens so it's a plus for me. Based on the price difference and amount of product you can get, I highly recommend the Giovanni one. If you want to try out the Josie Maran one, I recommend getting it when they sell it as a set at Sephora. I believe I got mines as a set for $39 with a couple other skincare products in her line.
