Compare to T.N. Dickinson's Witch Hazel Astringent Facial cleanser Helps soothe and relieve minor skin irritations Active ingredient: Witch hazel 86% Inactive ingredient: Alcohol 14% by volume Size 16 fl oz (473.1mL) Price: $2.49 Pros: Fragrance free Short and simple ingredient list Soothing and calming to skin Good inexpensive alternative toner Great for acne prone skin or oily skin Good alternative to salicylic acid based toner or astringents if you find those too drying Cons: Contains alcohol so it may be drying for certain skin types The smell may not be easy for everyone to tolerate I've always wanted to try T.N. Dickinson witch hazel, but read reviews about the smell of the product. I had to grab this one and see what the fuss was about. I have to say the smell is not pleasant at all and it was really hard for me to overcome it. It's hard to explain exactly what that smell is. It has a very medicinal or herbal kind of smell to it. T
