I started looking into Josie Maran's argan oil recently and this set was perfect to test a few of her products. I really wanted to try the argan oil after reading about all the benefits. Argan oil products are perfect for winter and it is very moisturizing. Now that my skin is drier, I like adding a drop or two on my palms with my lotion, rub it in my palms first, and apply to my face. So far it haven't caused any acne or blemishes for me, but I use it sparingly. Argan oil is very light compared to any other oils I used so far. It seem to be even lighter than jojoba oil.

Which product I like and what do I like about it?
Out of the whole set I really like the Argan Cleansing oil for the body. I was impressed and amazed at how it feels on my skin when I first tried it. It's very moisturizing and it really helps since my skin is getting really dry and irritating in this changing winter weather. It works similar to the face cleansing oil. It gets a bit milky when you add a bit of water to it. When I use it I try to stay out of the water in the shower and rub the oil in first and slowly lather it with some water. The argan oil is multipurpose. I used it on my face, rash, nails, undereye, etc. It's a bit heavy if you apply too much or directly. I rub it in my hand first and put my hands over my face and let it blend in from the heat on my hands and face. This way it feels lighter. The Daily Moisturizer is lightweight as well and it smells like citrus. Although, sometimes I find the texture to be a bit hard to spread and it's seem like Josie Maran's products are easier to apply when I first spread it on my hands first beforehand.

Things I don't like about these products:
-The argan oil came in a faulty bottle which leaked all over the packaging. It still leaks after each use and it will get all over my dresser. I had to fill it into another bottle.
- I'm not too crazy about the hair serum. Although it did seem to make my ends a lot softer and smoother. It's a bit gooey. I rather just apply argan oil instead. It's still a good product to have for people who have dry hair.
-The body lotion seem to be a bit lighter than I expected. It's very lightweight even though it's a thick moisturizer.

Summary
Overall, these products are good to try considering the value of each product. They are all travel size so it's a nice luxury product to bring along especially this winter. The argan oil might not be a good product to bring along since the packaging is faulty and it will leak all over your luggage. I recommend trying out this kit before buying the full size products.
